Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved with speed and empathy.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve product issues, account questions, and technical concerns for clients in Houston and NC.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are organized, tech-savvy, and dedicated.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of English grammar.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
