Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on satisfaction and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing in a timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM recommended).
- Reliable internet connection (if applicable) or ability to commute to the Ohio office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
