- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a stable internet connection and phone.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
