Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on Daily Pay processing requests.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
