- Elevate customer satisfaction scores by going above and beyond to resolve concerns.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and training materials.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and navigating web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required if you are eager to learn.
