Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database and call tracking systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance to improve service metrics.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
