Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and accurately convey information about our clients' products and services.
- CRM Management: Log all customer interactions and details into our internal database accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to call scripts and quality standards to maintain high service levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior call center experience necessary; we train you!
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and customer-first mindset is essential.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connection.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
