The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand. You will interact with clients to resolve inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and explain their value to the customer.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure complex issues are escalated and resolved properly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
