Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) to log interactions, track customer history, and update records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in daily training sessions and product workshops to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs and feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Willingness to complete 2 weeks of comprehensive paid training.
