Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and order processing in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite demeanor.
- Must have a quiet, professional home office environment with reliable high-speed internet.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications (CRM experience a plus).
- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable for daily performance metrics.
