- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce a plus)
