Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in the CRM database.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting steps and provide alternative solutions when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policy updates to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high service standards and CSAT scores.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or specialized departments when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays, on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.
