Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately using our CRM software.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal system.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals with no experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
