Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions.
Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call handling and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory (we provide training).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable transportation to and from the office.
