As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our internal software.
- Communicate product information and company policies clearly to customers.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications
