- Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM database.
- Process Transactions: Assist with order processing, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries efficiently.
- Provide Product Support: Educate customers on product features and services to ensure optimal usage.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related support role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
