Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues on first contact when possible
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates, call quality)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Identify and escalate systemic issues to improve service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
