Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team leads to improve customer experience workflows
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and CSAT scores
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment

- Virginia residency required for local client assignments
