- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
