Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Utilize paid training to master product knowledge and service protocols before handling live tickets.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems quickly.
