Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional demeanor.
- Resolve complex account issues and customer complaints while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes in our CRM database.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
