Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
