Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and first-contact resolution metrics
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in SaaS or telecommunications preferred
