Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; researching and implementing solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while keeping the customer informed.
- Assist with training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Must be able to work independently in a remote environment.
