Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding products and services.

- Identify opportunities to upsell products and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

- Must reside in New York, NY or Texas, TX (Remote Work).
