Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate product information and technical support.
- Log and track all customer interactions and issues within our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support, Management) to resolve escalated tickets.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must reside in the Oakland, CA area or be willing to work strictly from a remote home office setup.
