- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, escalating complex cases to the senior team when necessary.
- Build Rapport: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Accurately record interactions and resolutions in our CRM system (Zendesk/Intercom).
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to help the team.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Work Environment: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
