Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly, professional tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
