Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM software.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
