Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
