- Collaborate with the team to maintain high call center KPIs and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and typing.
