Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service processes and policies.
- Handle escalations professionally and de-escalate difficult situations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems quickly.
