Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- CRM Management: Accurately document interactions in our customer relationship management system.
- Upselling & Support: Identify opportunities to assist customers and promote relevant solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
