Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate, empathetic solutions regarding products and services.
- Document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex issues and improve service quality metrics.
- Adhere to established call scripts and quality assurance standards to maintain brand consistency.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high energy throughout every shift to represent the company positively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone voice.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to type 35+ words per minute.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with patience.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (Hybrid/On-site available).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for our paid training program.
