Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Resolve customer tickets and phone inquiries efficiently and professionally during weekend shifts.

- Technical Assistance: Provide basic troubleshooting support for our products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Coordination: Communicate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
