Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product concerns using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce for quality assurance
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvements for customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with empathetic tone
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
