Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell solutions
- Maintain expert knowledge of product updates and service protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong typing speed (45+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
