Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with 99% accuracy
- Document all interactions in CRM system while maintaining strict data security protocols
- Collaborate with technical and billing teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and FCR targets
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining authentic customer relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C or B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English
