Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments accurately
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precise detail
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance KPIs (AHT, FCRR, CSAT)
- Participate in continuous training programs
- Support team during peak hours and weekends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
