Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate product information and process orders or service requests.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple windows.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
