- Collaborate: Work closely with the support team and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay Updated: Continuously learn about product features, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
