What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our customers receive top-tier support and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on product features and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this hiring event.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate computer systems quickly.
