Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide paid training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
