Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and product troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by offering support and feedback to colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
