Responsibilities

- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations within SLAs
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product catalog and service protocols
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through regular feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
