As a Weekend Shift Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved with speed and empathy. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the management team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle high-volume inquiries during peak weekend hours while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer empathy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
