Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a remote setting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with emotional intelligence
- High-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability to work weekends (8 AM - 8 PM MST)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Colorado residency required
