Responsibilities

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating web-based systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy call center environment.
