Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and billing questions using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain positive brand representation during all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Patience and empathy in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
