Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues with empathy
- Process orders and update customer records accurately
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Document interactions in CRM system
- Adhere to company compliance policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient with Windows and CRM software
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Spanish fluency a plus
